Maruti Suzuki loyalty reward program will cover all customers of Arena, Nexa and True Value outlets -The plan will be divided into four levels: membership, silver card, gold card and platinum card. Maruti Suzuki India launched a loyalty reward program called "Maruti Suzuki Rewards Program". The plan will cover all passenger car customers from Arena, Nexa and True Value outlets. The plan has a range of benefits in the purchase of additional cars, services, Maruti insurance, accessories, customer recommendations, and some other related benefits with the company.
According to the plan, customers will be divided into membership, silver, gold and platinum levels. They will also be rewarded with a badge (a gamified feature), which will make the customer’s interaction with Maruti Suzuki more meaningful and provide them with opportunities to unlock events and offers. Members of the existing AutoCard and MyNexa programs will transition to the Maruti Suzuki Rewards platform. No additional fees will be charged for this upgrade, and the credit balance of the previous program will be carried forward. The program is card-free, and all information and transaction alerts will be sent digitally to the customer's registered mobile phone number.
